Should you ask us a question or participate in a competition, we will occasionally engage with you on social media. Our conversations may get held on social platforms for up to 12 months.
Competitions
To run a competition we will need to hold details on entries – this could include your name, address, telephone numbers, and email address. This data might be stored for a period of up to 2 years but would not be used for other purposes other than what has been agreed to publicity with yourselves.
Website
Our website will collect basic cookies including your IP address, browser service, whether accessing the website via mobile or desktop, and also geo-location. We will use that information for the purposes of analysing our audience visits and helping us to improve our activities to give our customers more information that they find relevant and entertaining. At the moment we do not engage in tracking cookies for retargeting advertising or any google adverts, but this might be something we do in the future if we feel it would benefit to our customers. Our website will not track personal names and addresses and we do not intend to build a marketing email list at present as our customers buy our products through supermarkets and food retailers.

We may add a review portal to our website in the future and ask for you to leave your thoughts on our products. This will be for the purpose of helping other customers understand what they are buying and what our existing customers think about our products.

For example within our recipe competition T&C’s if you are a competition winner and a supermarket is interested in featuring your recipe in some press activity then we would like to be able to do that. We will only keep your information for as long as necessary and definitely no longer than 2 years.

The internet is not 100% safe but your messages to us via social media remain hosted on their platforms. Your email messages to our servers are maintained by BT to the highest standard.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
