Our NHS offers the following guidance on seafood:

A healthy, balanced diet should include at least 2 portions of fish a week. Most of us should have more fish in our diet. There is different advice for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your medical professional for specific advice and always consider food allergies.

Oily fish is recommended but brown crab paste also known as crab offal should be limited. There is no limit on how much prime crab meat can be eaten.
