1. Mix all ingredients except crab meat and correct seasoning to taste.
2. Gently mix in crab meat taking care not to mash it.
3. Cook pasta for 4 minutes in boiling salted water with a little olive oil added.
4. Refresh in cold water then dry pasta in kitchen paper. Cut in half width ways (50g pieces)
5. Place half the mix (approx 230g) and roll into a large cigar shape. Repeat for rest of mix.
6. Garnish with diced mango and sweet chili sauce (4-5 dots around the plate).
7. Cut cannelloni in half a place nicely on the plate.
