These products offer a high-quality source of protein, low in fat, and rich in essential minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and iron, contributing to optimal bone and blood health. Additionally, they contain Omega-3 fatty acids, known to support both brain function and cardiovascular health.
We exclusively utilise Blue Swimming Crab (Portunus pelagicus), indigenous to the Indian and Pacific Oceans. Prized for its exceptional taste, this species is a preferred choice in international seafood cuisines.
Each crab is hand-caught and individually selected using traditional fishing practices, followed by thorough inspection and grading processes to ensure the meat is virtually free of shell.
Our meticulous cooking and pasteurisation methods ensure that the crab is ready for immediate consumption directly from the pot.
